anibirds wildlife site

Hi My wife Marie and I originate from Gainsborough Lincolnshire and currently I am a Senior Depot Manager for a Scaffold company in the West Midlands. I worked throughout the Middle East for 8 years and developed my insatiable (and expensive )desire to travel. I was tempted back into Photography in 2004 by the wonders of Digital Cameras after a long break of 20 plus years.My wife and I love Self Drive Self Guided holidays and the more Animals and Birds we can find the more we enjoy our break.

My equipment is a Canon EOS 20D, I have now added a 50D, My main lens is a Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 L IS, I have a Canon 2 X Converter and a Canon Speedlight 580 EX11 Flash unit. I now take a small Lap Top on my trips as the Vosonic let me down. I have the usual Bean Bag and Tripod. I dont have a Tibetan Sherpa and Lama at my disposal to carry my kit so I usually end up leaving most of it in the car, which can at times be really annoying.
